This is what happends to your body when you exercise daily




Sometimes is hard to convince yourself  that a daily exercise can only do us good. It can be difficult at the beginning our muscles will hurt and we will feel tired. Here are couple of things that will get you motivated not to give up, to stay healthy and look good.

Release the stress.

 After a great exercise it is proven that we always feel good. That's because we release all the tension form our body. While we exercise we stimulate the blood in our brain and release the endorphin.

Diabetes.



Low degrees of insulin can cause diabetes. According to research 30 min exercise daily can decrease the fat form our muscles  and increase the produce insulin.

Better concentration.



When you start to exercise the brain speeds up the function of the brain cells.

Better mood.



Because it releases the hormone of happiness it decreases the possibility to become depressed.
